Lanhtropy is a women-owned company creating elevated linen pieces for everyday wear.
MATE uses organic materials and non-toxic dyes; is Climate Neutral, GOTS certified, and a B Corp; ships in plastic-free recycled materials; and recycles unused fabric scraps and pre-loved MATE products into new.
Pieces are designed and crafted start to finish by a team of just over 20 in Lithuania by Lithuanian brand, Linenfox. Fabrics are certified toxin-free and pieces are made-to-order to reduce waste.
Pioneer of the Farm-to-Closet ethos, Christy Dawn invests in regenerative soil practices in an attempt to combat climate change. The company has drawn down more than 2 million tons of atmospheric carbon on their regenerative cotton farms. If not made from organic cotton, then most pieces are made from Peruvian alpaca wool.
Heidi Merrick not only prioritizes sustainable and ethical practices, but goes so far as to dedicate a website page to sustainable, non-toxic cleansing methods and ways to keep garments lasting longer and out of landfills. The company was founded by a Santa Barbara native and much of the clothing is handmade locally in Los Angeles.
